What if I do not know what is wrong with my device?+
Use the examination option in the booking form and describe the symptoms, such as “will not turn on” or “will not charge”. We can then discuss the next step and the price with you.
Is a booking request a confirmed collection?+
No. Send your preferred date and details through the form, and we will contact you to confirm the collection arrangements.
Is there a charge if I refuse a repair?+
A minimum £20 service and diagnostic charge applies where we inspect or test the device, offer an affordable repair, and the repair is declined.
Can I ask for a callback instead?+
Yes. Choose the callback option on the booking form, or call us directly on 01229 838753.
